All of our care plans come with a comprehensive yearly boiler service. Unlike most big name competitors, we do not carry out quick 10-15 minute boiler service’s, or health check’s as many call it. The boiler service you get from us will typically take around 40-90 mins depending on the level of service your boiler needs.
Transparent & Fair
When you purchase one of our plans, everything is included in the monthly price, so there’ll never be any additional fees for labour, call-out’s or parts on top. All of our care plans are the same price for each customer. Meaning we do not hike up the price of your plan each year depending on the age of your boiler or the amount of repairs we have carried out.
